Do we need a marriage license before the ceremony?

Yes. In Delaware, you'll obtain your marriage license from the Clerk of the Peace. I'll walk you through the requirements and handle the license details, but the license must be secured before we can legally perform the ceremony.

How far in advance should we book?

For full ceremonies, I recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead to secure your date. Quick signings (Sign & Go and Simply Married) can often be arranged on shorter notice, based on calendar openings.

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?

A deposit secures your date. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your ceremony; within 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is flexible with advance notice.

Do you offer same-day or next-day ceremonies?

Yes, for Sign & Go and Simply Married. Same-day and next-day signings are available based on calendar openings. Reach out and we'll do our best to fit your timeline.

Do you perform same-sex, interfaith, and non-religious ceremonies?

Absolutely. I honor every love story and craft each ceremony around your beliefs, traditions, and values, whether religious, interfaith, secular, or non-religious.
